| Abstract;Lake Biwa Museum established in the central part of Karasumaru Peninsula, Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture drew a construction plan with a theme of coexistence between the environment such as the lake and the human. Utilization of natural materials, energy saving, solar heat, geothermal energy, utilization of natural energy such as a natural light, reduction in the environmental loading for Lake Biwa, and utilization of regenerative materials are positively performed. This paper introduces the installation of a vacuum solar collector, a screw heat pump, an absorption water cooling and heating machine, and hot water and cold water heat storage tank, and the consideration to facilities such as utilization of rain water and lake water. |
