| Abstract;This paper describes the outline of preparation of a law for provision of basic matters of greenhouse effect gas emissions control measures aiming at prevention of global warming. According to the basic policy framed by the cabinet, duties laid on national/local public organizations, entrepreneurs and peoples, and their practical measures are specified respectively. For promotion of the people's trials, enlightenment activities, information services, field studies, etc. are executed. |
