| Abstract; This paper introduces a case of energy conservation and reduction of environmental load tried by means of such as recovery of waste heat from a hot spring in recreational facilities. A buffer zone was prepared to reduce the solar radiation load, and reinforcement of heat insulation property, natural lighting, natural draft, semibasement structure, roof planting, etc. were adopted. In winter, exhaust heat is recovered by means of midnight power using bathtub drainage as a heat source, and in summer, feed water to a hot-water supply system is preheated by means of waste heat from a cooler. Air conditioning of floor blowoff type was also adopted. |
