Abstract;The substantiality of the performance design technology and the prior-postchecking technology is necessary for the performance definition of the specifications. The merit is that evaluation of LCC and introduction of new material and new technology come to be possible under the quantitative evaluation by the checking of the durability. Generalization and upgrading of the prediction technique are necessary for the performance checking design , and the performance evaluation system becomes tracking of material degradation and deformation under the various environments and the actions.
