Abstract;On the line maintenance works,the security of the stable manpower is becoming difficult with the aging and the decreasing birth rate. Then, the TC type line for labor saving in order to reduce the maintenance cost was developed.The line structure consisits of sleepers of double width in comparision with the conventional ones, the void of which ballast is injected with cement and filling material, the filling layer structure,the laying plans, the construction and the present state being described.
