Abstract;By-products such as coal ash and slag are produced in great quantities from power plants and steel works. By using them as the aggregate, recycling concrete (FS concrete) was developed. The FS concrete is of low bleeding and high viscosity, and the expansion restraint by steelmaking slag and compression strength development are examined on the employed materials and the mixtures in comparision with normal concrete.
