| Abstract;The propose of this study was to clear course for home economics in the future from gender equity by analyzing 457 questionnares adminisfered to college students. The results are as follows: 1. Views on gender is contents with gender equity and sex difference, but not with division of labor by gender. 2. A relationship between views on gender equity and housework was found. Man who were willing to do housework were found to be less gender-biasd. 3. It is not contents with views on gender equity and home economics study in high school. 4. Regarding the educational content of home economics, many students think that homework should be done eqnally by men and women. The students felt it is important to study the relationship of home life to the community and society, and to promote human growth and cooperation between men and women at home. For home economics education in the future, it is important to study the relationship of home life to the community and society, human growth and cooperation between men and women in the home. Student awareness of housework should be changed. (author abst.) |
