| Abstract;The author treated a patient with memory defects as a sequela of subarachnoid hemorrhage by administering Chinese herbal medicines based on Bian zhang(Ben sho), and remarkable therapeutic effects were observed in response to the treatments. In the present paper, the details of the therapeutic process and the methods of application of variations of the prescriptions are reported. The effects of prescriptions such as granules of Mai-Wei-San(Baku-mi-san) and Qi-Ju-Di-Huang-Wan(Ko-kiku-jio-gan) were also studied. (author abst.) |
