| Abstract;By using multi-temporal NOAA/AVHRR data, the biomass seasonal variations were evaluated in the semi-arid grassland of Inner Mongolia, China. The seasonal changes of grasslands biomass with the different natural environmental conditions and grazing intensity were analysed. Moreover an algorithm for evaluating grasslands biomass viariations was proposd to apply to the study area. It was found the the evaluating values agreed to the grasslands grazing conditions by comparing field truth sites. (author abst.) |
