| Abstract;Pattern decomposition images(using Landsat TM), especially that of vegetation pattern, are not so influenced by topography and atmosphere. Hence we applied this method to tropical forest. As a result, we find that it is possible to estimate the ratio of evergreen forest in a pixel by usinng simple standardized vegetation pattern image. (author abst.) |
