| Abstract;Mechatronization and factory automation of production facilities and hollowing of skill and technology which become bases in overseas shift of production bases progress, and each enterprise in the manufacturing industry of Japan also tackles counteremeasures. In order to hand down veteran's skill to young members, the Mazda Motor industrial technology junior college also opened an "excellent technician training in 1996 fiscal year, and 40 selected technicians in 20 fields receive training under guidance of office skill mystars. This paper presents missions, education policies, education contents, and activities of this school as as an intra- enterprise training organization. This paper describes an outline of culture research as activities, the aim, growth goal for students, objects of research activities and the promotion methods, selection methods of themes and the examples, schedules, and activity contents. |
