| Abstract;A new seminar course " leader training course" was opened aiming at " training of leaders who are in charge of basic education training of a workshop". The course contents include items such as teaching material preparation and presentation and are as long as more than 48 hours. Regarding 3 courses, namely " machine maintenance", " machining of stainless steel materials", and " machine production technology" which the author started and carried out, this paper summarizes details up to the course start, seminar contents, and attending course situations. This paper describes the contents of these courses, explanation by a schedule table, and explanation of attending course situations. |
