Abstract;The purpose of this study is to grasp the actual states of bullying in a physical education class and to analyze the factors related to bullying there. The questionnaring on experiences from elementary school to high school days is conducted on 379 students of H University. We describe the results of the questionnaire and collect statistics on whether the subjects had been bullied or not. Next on this questionnaire, we ask them about the most important content of learning, types of the physical education teachers, and the attitude of learners, and then carry out t-test. The results are shown as follows: (1) The rate of the students who were bullied in a physical education class is 26.9%, and bullying has most often occurred among elementary school student. (2) 'A type of teachers who are partial to some students' is regarded as a main factor which fosters bullying in a physical education class. (3) The following are regarded as significant factors which prevent the students from bullying: 'the content of learning where great importance is attached to such social attitudes as cooperation and justice', 'a type of teachers who enjoy sports with students' and 'the attitude of learners who are extremely active in a physical education class, enjoy the class voluntarily and cooperatively, and moreover rely on their teachers'.
