Abstract;In addition to hydrophobic tris(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine L1, we designed new water soluble ligand, nitrilotris(2-benzimidazolylmethylsulfate) L2 for the model of carbonic anhydrase(CA). In this work we report the simulation of CO2 hydration by the Zn2+ L2 complexe and its assay of catalytic activity. (author abst.)
