Abstract;Nucleobases play important roles in biological systems due to their capability of forming mulutiple hydrogen bonds, and have been utilized as key motives for host-guest chemistry and supramolecular chemistry. Herein we report, (1) the novel catalysis of a nucleobase in aminolysis of 6-chloropurine derivatives, and (2) the first example of dendritic polyuracil, which is intramolecularly crosslinkable by photoirradiation.
