| Abstract;This paper introduces the latest research trend of microchip and nanochip technology development based on semiconductor integration technology. It first describes the basis of microchip and nanochip technology. Then, how to fabricate microchambers and microchannel arrays for PCR by LIGA process is shown. It further explains how to integrate PCR and electrophoresis chips as the forms of micro-chips, and how to apply to proteome analysis by integrating microchannel and mass spectrometric analysis system. Finally, invention of nanochip technology and its prospects in future are explained. |
