| Abstract;From 1998 fiscal year, the Tokyo school of Occupational ability development all-round college school has been proceeding with assisting the ability development such as talent nurturing, in having the Kanto division of Japan association of packaging machinery munufacturers as a qualified entity of the talent-enhancement supporting business. The Tokyo school held a seminar which was developed in cooperation with the above-said association, where a self-development program was made for the trainee through the self-development assisting business. In this fiscal year, based thereon, a needs analysis for the task of "automation technology" in designing packaging machinery, is being done, for the purpose of making and development of seminar curriculum. Here, its present state is expalained. |
