Abstract; The objectives of this study are to expand the analysis function of the multi-Temporal Analysis model with the Fractal theory(termed TAF model), and to systematize the chain of the analysis procedure of the TAF model on the city form and growth. In the previous study, for the changed area to the residential district over twenty years and for the road network, the fractal dimensions are calculated through the box-counting method. The high correlation between those fractal dimensions were confirmed. In this study, other two kinds of fractal dimensions are introduced with respect to the reduced area of the vegetation observed from the satellite data and to the elevation-distinction area based on the Digital Terrain Model(DTM), respectively. Through the correlation analysis with those fractal dimensions, it is indicated that the four typical types of the city form and growth, as the mono-focal, the ring/radial, the multi-focal and the twin type, could be easily classified and estimated.
