| Abstract;This paper presents a "consultation for planning human friendly housing" project carried out in Osaki city, Miyagi prefecture since the 1997 fiscal year. Furukawa branch is one of the architectural administration cooperation association which is the sponsor of this project established by registered architect association, Building Contractors Soc., and builders union in 1972 covering Furukawa prefectural civil engineering office service area as an object. The consultation object is housings owned by the aged and the disabled themselves, and the consultation content is concentrated in the proposal of improvement plan and a simple improvement construction work is carried out as well. The cooperation association was dissolved in March, 1999. |
