| Abstract; The nerve cells mature through several steps such as division, migration, dendrite elongation and synapse formation, and in accordance to this process, various ionchannels appear, which makes electric excitability change. How the electrical excitability is controlled in the maturation process and what role is achieved in this case was analysed, taking note of the electric potential dependent potassium current in this report. In the maturation process, each channel gene of Kv3. 1, Kv4. 2, Kv1. 1 is revealed in order. From the experiment using the mutant, the authors showed that the electric current component corresponding to Kv4. 2 worked to control the action current appearing in the same period. |
