Abstract;Actin is a main constitutional component in the muscle, and a protein necessary for the cellular morphogenesis also in the general cell besides the muscle. Recently, actin, except for the morphogenesis, its function concerning the intracellular information transfer has also been proven. It has been clarified that the actin fulfils an important role in the neurotransmitter release, and in the nerve cell, research on the intrastructure making the actin in the presynapse a nucleus has also advancd. In this report, taking note of the dendrite constituting the postsynapse, and about the protein network making the actin a nucleus accompanied by the development, recent knowledge and information were introduced.
