Abstract; The neuronal circuit of cerebellar cortext in the mouse, a fundamental frame is completed in the postnatal 3-week-age. The postnatal development is accomplished by the accurate time table-dependent achievement of the matters indispensable to establishment of the central nervous system such as proliferation and movement of the neurons, extension of the dendrites and axons, synapse formation etc. In such of these phases, these events are maintained by occurrence of the specific gene expression. In this report, the authors introduced some of the gene groups expressed in accordance to the postnatal development, by the use of the mouse cerebellum, in order to elucidate a molecular basis in the background of brain development.
