| Abstract;The authors introduced a neural activity dependent-neurone labelling method. Regarding Ca 2imaging, the most recent knowledge and information using GH3 cell was described. The authors also touched a fluorescent protein designated as Chameleon which is recently a topic. For the active neuron, its staining method by FM1-43 was introduced, and the labelling method using acylglycerol (DAG) and ceramide (CD) was mentioned. The protein molecule which is a third messenger candidate proposed by the authors was also described. |
