| Abstract; On the dynamic analysis of the process from the learning acquisition to the memory retention, a preparation capable of conditioning merely with the extracted brain is desired to be obtainable. The seahare is able to condition with both light and vibration stimulus, various changes accompanied by the conditioning with the optic cells are being reported. Since the sensory organs participated in this conditionig are preserved also in the extracted preparations, in vitro preparations were treated with this condition, then, electrophysiological and physiological features were compared with those of in vivo. As a result, rise in the input resistancy of the optic cells observed in vivo, excitation increase and shortening of the axon terminal part were recognized. This system is an adequate preparation in the molecular biological analysis for the dynamic plasticity generating in the nerve cells accompanied by learning acquisition. |
