Abstract;In the research on the synaptic vesicle membrane, d.h. neurotransmitter segregation mechanism, the central synapse, neural circuit function etc., presynapse as the main thema, the investigation has been conducted. In the present report, it was described as follows: 1) The condition of the fused protein, 2) Membrane fusion control mechanism by phosphorylation; basic protein, cAMP system and Ca 2system interaction, 3) Material for the exocytosis research and improvement of the measuring technique; the cell for the exocytosis reserach, improvement of monitoring the exocytosis and advancement ( staining method by FM1, membrane volumetry, Amperometry).
