Abstract;The purpose of this study was to identify the substantial structure of nursing care for a patient transferring from hospital to home health care. The goal of this study is to develop an Electronic Nursing Summary Network System in community health care. We, nurses and researchers, collaborated and discussed concerning elements of nursing summary, during one year. As the final result, we have gotten about four hundreds elements for nursing summary. We investigated concerning whereabouts and necessity of these elements in hospital and home health care office in nursing to check the validity of these elements. Fifty-four hospitals 216 wards and 53 home health care offices in nursing 199 visiting nurse staffs were participated to our investigation. We used factor analysis to identify substantial factors scientifically. It was suggested that difference of the nursing viewpoints between hospital nursing and home health care nursing. (author abst.)
