| Abstract;In order to offer more sophisticated and advanced healthcare, medical and welfare services, it is desirable to get rid of the system which consists of independent and disjointed systems. Now we need reformation, which is called "reengineering." In this paper, we studied reengineering in healthcare, medical and welfare field. Especially, we proposed the reengineering in welfare field with information technology. And as a case study, in Toyota-city, Aichi prefecture, we tried to develop an information system which supports home care supporting system with Toyota regional welfare service center.
