| Abstract;The customers' satisfaction of being shown their medical records was elicited. Doctors' and nurses' electronic progress notes were disclosed together on the computer terminal. The customers were highly satisfied with their procedure. The electronic medical record is useful for sharing information between the medical staff and the clients. (author abst.) |
