Abstract;C57BL male mice were irradiated with carbon ion accelerated by NIRS-HIMAC to 290MeV. 1408 mice were already irradiated and under life-span observation. 1108 mice died and were necropsied. Dose dependent increase of thymic lymphoma is observed. Liver tumor did not so increase in the carbon-ion irradiated mice as in the neutron irradiated mice observed previously. (author abst.)
