Abstract;A 46-year-old man born in Kagoshima prefecture with HTLV-I associated bronchop-neumopathy, developed disseminated papules on the trunk and limbs and several annular erythemas on the back. Abnormal lymphocytes so called 'flower cells' were present in the peripheral blood. Histopathological examination showed infiltration of abnormal lymphocytes in the epidermis and dermis and formation of Pautrier's microabscess. Southern blot analysis of tumor cells revealed monoclonal integration of HTLV-I proviral DNA. (author abst.)
