| Abstract;Double eyelid surgery using partial incision is indicated in a limited number of patients, and the resulting double eyelid attenuates and even disappears several months to several years after the operation because the adhesion is not sufficient for the fixation of the double eyelid. For these reasons, this procedure is not commonly performed. In the present paper.the autor describes a new technique for double eyelid surgery combining partial incision with bolster fixation for increasing adhesion required for the fixation of the double eyelid.
