| Abstract;Gerald W. Johnson's endoscope-assisted trans-umbilical breast augmentation was accepted at our Takasu clinic seven years ago. Since, four years ago, we have started endoscope-assisted trans-axillary prosthesis insertion under pectorals major muscles. As a result of our 7-year experience for these augmentation, it could be emphasized that the use of endoscope approach ensures us safety and accuracy in mammaplasty techniques. (author abst.) |
