| Abstract;Due to possible scar remainings, the frequency of cosmetic abdominal lipectomy has been depleted recently among the Caucasian races. It is least likely, however, to accommodate simple lipectomy for all the possible indicated cases, therefore, we have been performed our abdominal lipectomy in association with ultrasonic liposuction for the indicated cases, and obtained extremely favorable results. Three cases of middle-aged women with abdominal resection and suction lipectomy following our method with satisfactory result are reported, and the surgical technique of these lipectomy cases in details is introduced here.
