| Abstract;We recognized the sufficient results of permanent laser hair removal in Japanese and patients from abroad with 20msec long pulse Alexandrite laser. Patients from abroad showed more satisfactory results compared with Japanese patients. On the other hand whether we get good results or not depends on the individuate ethnological background in effect the Fitzpatrick skin type. The average number of treatment is two or three four times less then what would normally be required. If we can increase the number of treatment in the future, we may get more satisfactory results.
