Abstract;Surface morphology for mixed monolayer composed of fluorocarbon carboxylic acid and hydrocarbon guanidinium was observed by an atomic force microscopy. It became clear that the cluster size in the monolayer can control from nanometer to micrometer by control of pH and ionic strength in subphase. (author abst.)
