| Abstract;Morphologies of monolayers on the water subface are widely studied by using BAM. Morphology observation of transferred monolayers on to solid substrates is mainly conduted with AFM. But scan range of AFM is very small and morphology observation of transferred monolayer on the substrates AFM is not necessarily suitable. We observed morphologies of transferred monolayers on the substrate and monolayers on the water by using BAM. We also conducted ellipsometries measurement of the transferred monolayers on the solid substrates. (author abst.) |
