| Abstract;In order to develop regulated two-dimensional structure, dendoritic amphiphiles have been newly synthesized from peptide lipids with various alkyl chains. Stepwise condensation between side chains of the peptide lipids gave dendrimers having amphiphilic structure in each generation. Monolayer properties of the synthesized dendrimers were investigated by surface pressure-area isotherm measurement. Assembled structure was also investigated by FT-IR measurement for LB films transferred on a gold-coated plate. (author abst.) |
