| Abstract;The growing up of iron fine-particles was simulated with a computer and the expected Mossbauer spectra at various temperature were calculated from the arrangement of atoms which were compared with the observed spectra of fine particles of 57Fe formed in a sapphire crystal by the implantation technique. Considering the superparamagnetic relaxation and the fluctuation by collective magnetic excitation, the Mossbauer spectrum of iron fine particles was estimated. The surface effect of fine particles was reflected by estimating the magnetic hyperfine field proportional to the nearest and next nearest neighbors. The simulated temperature-dependent spectra were reproduced well the observed ones. (author abst.) |
