| Abstract;Internal treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) with the oral drug is outlined. This paper describes points of the ASO treatment (systemic complication such as heart and brain blood vessel system, control of the risk factor, etc.) and the decision of the treatment plan according to the Fontaine classification. Internal treatment by the oral administration is mainly indicated for the case under the grade II in the Fontaine classification. In addition, precautions before and after the administration of the antiplatelet drug and the practical prescription are shown. |
