| Abstract;Main pharmacotherapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) with the injection is progress inhibition of the obstruction using the anticoagulant and improvement in the symptoms using the vasodilator agent. As the injection for ASO, indications, pharmacokinetics and interaction of anticoagulants (heparin preparation, antithrombin medicine), vasodilator agents (prostaglandin for the injection) and the blood viscosity improving drug are shown. In addition, practical treatment of ASO (ambulatory treatment, hospital treatment) is described. |
