| Abstract;As a surgical treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO), the blood circulation reconstructive operation is outlined. Indications of the blood circulation reconstructive operation for ASO, absolute indications (acute aggravation of ASO, ischemic ulcer and necrosis, advanced resting pain) and relative indications are discussed. As the operative method for ASO, bypass surgery by the synthetic vascular graft (self-vein bypass, artificial blood vessel) and the endosporium removal method are explained , and the cautionary notes in the postoperative observation are described. |
