Abstract;This paper describes points of the outpatient clinic including the blood circulation control after the bypass surgery for the arteriosclerotic disease by the primary care clinician (PCD). Points of the daily medical care (inquiry, inspection, palpation, measurement of the ankle joint/overarm blood pressure ratio, daily life guidance, control of the ulcerous lesion) for patient after bypass surgery by PCD are shown. In addition, the medication for the blood circulation maintenance and measures against the grafting obstruction by PCD are discussed.
