| Abstract;Types, pathophysiology, prevention, etc. of the complication after the blood circulation reconstructive operation are outlined. This paper describes postoperative bleeding, thrombogenesis, edema after the blood circulation reconstruction, deep vein thrombosis, wounded area infection, serum tumors, artificial blood vessel - intestine fistula and sexual function failure. In addition, mechanisms, symptoms and treatment of MNMS (myonephropathic metabolic syndrome), artificial blood vessel infection, anastomotic aneurysm and ischemic enteritis are discussed. Importance of postoperative follow-up including hemodynamics and the blood property is emphasized. |
