Abstract;Allergen, mechanisms of pathogenesis, main manifestations of allergic rhinitis (I) and antiallergic agents are outlined. Action mechanisms and drug interactions of the drugs for I (chemical mediator receptor antagonist, antihistaminic, anticholinergic agent, steroid medicine) are explained. Concerning the drug for I, fast-acting first generation antihistaminic and autonomic drug are useful for the control of the fit, and other drugs are useful for palliation maintenance and fit prevention.
