Abstract;A micro-driving method for micro-actuater which using low curie temperature materials was developed in this sturdy. Some ferrate and NiAl base alloys were made by process of mechanical alloying and SPS(Spark Plasma Sintering). These materials were cut into micro-chips and adhered on alumina roter base for multipolar rotator. Semiconductor laser/opic fiber/lens system was assembled for micro spot on low curie temperature material chips. The micro spot of laser on the chip demagnetize, so breaks magnetic filed barance and occur rotatory power. 770mW laser output power made rotatory power of 100r.p.m. at 10mm diameter multipolar rotator by this method..
