Abstract;Three cases (25,28 and 29-year-old women with pregnancy inexperience) of endometriosis, for which the low dose oral contraceptive approved in Japan in 1999 was used for treatment and contraception, are reported. For the cases of endometriosis, the improvement of QOL was achieved by using the low dose oral contraceptive. Measures for clinical endometriosis (analgesic drug, conservative treatment by danazol and the GnRH agonist, low dose oral contraceptive, etc.) are discussed.
