Abstract;Treatment of the sterility over 35 years of age is examined by enumerating 2 cases (38-year-old and 31-year-old women) which the author experienced. Endometriosis of case 1 was accurately diagnosed by the intraperitoneal speculum, and the healthy neonate was established. Case 2 is endometriosis and bilateral hydrosalpinx, and is diagnosed as the fallopian tube sterility, and the external fertilization is ongoing. Endometriosis and sterility in thirties are discussed. For endometriosis, early detection, prevention and treatment are important from the viewpoint of the sterility age.
