Abstract;Endometriosis therapy (pharmacotherapy, surgical treatment) for the elderly woman, who does not want the menstruation outbreak and does not want to bear the child, is outlined. Usefulness of the surgical treatment, surgical treatment for the chocolate cyst and the selection of pharmacotherapy (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic, estrogen progestogen combination, danazol, GnRH agonist, aromatase inhibitor) are described. Finally, a case (48-year-old woman) of endometriosis, for which hysterectomy, etc. was conducted, is presented.
