Abstract;Six cases (28,23,29,32,29,27-year-old women) of endometriosis of chronic therapy are presented, and the case, for which long-term therapy was required, is commented. Concerning endometriosis, the treatment of the complications such as dysmenorrhea, adenomyosis of uteri, ovary chocolate cystic tumor, etc. is shown. Eradicative surgical remedy is required in the case of repeated recurrent intractable cases of endometriosis, and the acceptance of the operation by the patient should be waited for.
