| Abstract;As the allergic conjunctivitis drug, Zepelin eyedrop of acitazanolast hydrate (I) is presented. I exhibits the antiallergic action by suppressing the liberation of chemical mediators such as histamine, PAF, leukotrienes, etc. from the mast cells. And, I has exhibited the excellent improvement rate for eye allergic manifestations due to allergic conjunctivitis in the clinical trial. Comparison with I existing analogous medicine, the knack of the usage (administration and dosage, etc.) and precautions for use (side effect, etc.) are described. |
